The bottle of essential oil looked straight,however, the real challenge was achieving the correct balance between ambiguity and transparency. The bottles required to provide adequate light protection to preserve the power of the oil while offering adequate clarity to create an attractive presentation on store shelves. This balance was important for both product performance and customer appeal.

Cause Analysis
Our technical team analyzed the issue and identified the main problem: traditional tinted glass either over-blockade light, which made the bottle sluggish, or provided insufficient UV security, putting the oil fall at risk. To solve this, we examined the conversation between glass composition, pigmentation and thickness. - An owned semi-opch glass mixture developed which obtained the optimal UV resistance while maintaining the visual appeal.
- The thickness of the adjusted bottle wall to fix the balance between durability and transparency.
- Applied a special coating to increase light protection without changing the natural appearance of glass.
- Quick aging and light risk tests were performed to validate the performance.
Result
The final solution distributed the bottles, which preserves the active properties of essential oils, displaying a modern, elegant design.
