Challenges

Although the glass bottles appeared simple in the concept, the reality was more complex. The primary challenge is in compatibility: bottles needed to work basically with various caps, inserts and droppers. Even slight deviation in dimensions can compromise on seal performance. Additionally, the oils demanded very little gas permeability from glass to prevent the loss of aroma, making the material selection and process important.

Cause Analysis

To solve the challenges, we implemented many measures:

To enhance imperviousness against fragrance proliferation, refine the composition and purification techniques of adjusted glass.
Vacuum began multi-step quality check, including seal test and permeability analysis.
