The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ boutique brand of fragrances from Portugal that is recognized for its nature and especially the coast-inspired scents, decided to find a glass perfume bottles vendor that would be reliable for its next relaunch. The brand looked at various suppliers in Europe and Asia and finally decided to Vesseluxe to create their زجاجة عطر مخصصة: a sea-mist gradient glass body, softly faceted shoulders, and a natural wood-grain ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌cap.
The brand wanted a design that conveyed a calm, Atlantic-coast aesthetic—something standard catalogue bottles could not achieve. They selected Vesseluxe for our ability to handle gradient spraying with tight color consistency, our OEM flexibility, and our transparent engineering communication during sampling.

  • Color Deviation in Gradient Spraying：Early prototypes from previous vendors showed noticeable banding and inconsistent transition from blue to clear.
  • Atomizer Fit Variability：The tolerances of the neck-finish dimensions led to loose or overly tight crimping during their filling trials.

Our engineering team conducted a thorough review of the brand’s aesthetic targets and technical constraints. We identified that the gradient density required finer spray-gun calibration and that the neck specification provided by the brand was based on a general standard, not optimized for their selected atomizer model.
To resolve this, فيسيلوكس performed multiple in-house spray tests, created new jig controls for smoother transitions, and re-measured the atomizer ferrule dimensions to refine the correct neck deviation tolerance.

  • Implemented a two-stage gradient spraying process with micro-nozzle control to ensure a seamless fade on every batch.
  • Adjusted the neck-finish tolerance to a narrower ±0.15 mm, allowing perfect crimping without leakage.
  • Introduced inline optical inspection for both color density and neck geometry to stabilize mass production.

نتيجة

The final bottles achieved a uniform sea-mist gradient, a perfect atomizer fit, and a 99.2% pass rate during batch inspection. The Portuguese brand launched their new coastal collection successfully, noting improved presentation, smoother filling performance, and higher retail acceptance. Vesseluxe has since become their long-term glass perfume bottles vendor for multiple SKUs.
