Cause Analysis

Our engineering team conducted a thorough review of the brand’s aesthetic targets and technical constraints. We identified that the gradient density required finer spray-gun calibration and that the neck specification provided by the brand was based on a general standard, not optimized for their selected atomizer model.
To resolve this, Vesseluxe performed multiple in-house spray tests, created new jig controls for smoother transitions, and re-measured the atomizer ferrule dimensions to refine the correct neck deviation tolerance.

Solution

Implemented a two-stage gradient spraying process with micro-nozzle control to ensure a seamless fade on every batch.
Adjusted the neck-finish tolerance to a narrower ±0.15 mm, allowing perfect crimping without leakage.
Introduced inline optical inspection for both color density and neck geometry to stabilize mass production.

Result

The final bottles achieved a uniform sea-mist gradient, a perfect atomizer fit, and a 99.2% pass rate during batch inspection. The Portuguese brand launched their new coastal collection successfully, noting improved presentation, smoother filling performance, and higher retail acceptance.
