The design of the glass essential bottle appeared simple, however, the real challenge is in achieving the right balance between beauty and practicality. A bottle that was very thick would be heavy and uncomfortable for daily use, while very thin durability and product can shorten the lifetime.

Cause Analysis

Our engineering team completely examined and identified the main issue:Inconsistent wall thickness and dimensional control during production. Without accurate calibration, the bottles can be either very delicate or unnecessarily heavy. In Vesseluxe, we never compromise quality nor mislead customers.
