The design of the customized appeared directly,however, the real challenge is in individual decorative techniques requested by the customer. These included metallic finish, complex engraving and hot stamping for shield spray color. Even a slight deviation in the condition or color density can compromise brand recognition and reduce harmonious luxury feeling.Our technical team conducted an intensive study and identified the main issue: a combination of many decoration methods on the relatively small glass surface presented a high risk of misalignment, uneven coatings and anomalies during scaling from prototype to massive production.
