Our engineering team conducted a detailed study and identified the main issue: inconsistent glass distribution during molding, which led to unexpected thickness variations. We refused to compromise on quality or mislead the customer with superficial reforms. To address this challenge, we invested in fine-tuning in adjusting the molding process, adjusted temperature controls, and maintained close communication with the customer to ensure each design recurrence aligned with both safety and branding requirements.
