Our engineering team conducted a thorough review of the brand’s aesthetic targets and technical constraints. We identified that the gradient density required finer spray-gun calibration and that the neck specification provided by the brand was based on a general standard, not optimized for their selected atomizer model.
To resolve this, 베셀럭스 performed multiple in-house spray tests, created new jig controls for smoother transitions, and re-measured the atomizer ferrule dimensions to refine the correct neck deviation tolerance.

Adjusted the neck-finish tolerance to a narrower ±0.15 mm, allowing perfect crimping without leakage.
