At the beginning, the design of the glass bottle looked simple. However, it is a true challenge to ensure that the neck and finish of the bottle can adjust separate applicants completely – including droppers, rollers and ceiling cap. Any deviation in the diameter or threading of the neck can compromise seal, causing potential leaks or assembly difficulties, which directly affects both product safety and user experience.

Cause Analysis
Our technical team made a detailed evaluation of the issue and identified the main problem:
- During large -scale production, minor anomalies in neck geometry were causing tolerance mismatch with standard closure.
- In traditional formation techniques, many applicant types lacked ultra-tight accuracy required for intercourse.

We implemented many targeted solutions to overcome this challenge:
- Advanced Mold Engineering: Designed bottle neck molds again with tight tolerance, reduced the deviation more than 40%.
- CNC-assisted calibration: CNC-controlled measurement during production to ensure stability in neck dimensions.
- Material flow optimization: Glass viscosity and cooling rate adjusted to stabilize bottle geometry during formation.
- Compatibility Test: Repeated testing with droppers, rollers and caps to confirm uninterrupted integration in all components.
Result
The final production run achieved an extraordinary 99.7% accurate match rate with several applicants, ending the risk of leakage and assembly issues. The customer was able to launch his essential oil line confidently with a packaging solution, which completely embodied the values of his brand: reliable, sophisticated and premium.
