Our challenges

Prototypes revealed three issues. The amber glass had a greenish tint in some batches, compromising UV protection consistency. The dropper often dispensed uneven amounts (0.3–0.7ml), risking product waste. Additionally, the embossed logo on the cap was faint, lacking the brand’s desired visibility. Root Cause Analysis

Our team traced the issues: inconsistent amber pigment mixing caused the greenish tint. The dropper’s rubber bulb was too soft, leading to variable pressure. Our solution
