Our challenges

Prototypes had flaws: frosted glass had unequal transparency, gold plating on the lids quickly fades, and the seal was leaked when the jar tilted. These issues damaged the reputation of the brand for quality.

Root Cause Analysis

Uneven frosting came from inconsistent sandblasting pressure. Tarnishing occurred because the gold plating lacked a protective coating. Leaks stemmed from ill-fitting silicone seals due to imprecise lid measurements.

Our solution

We calibrated sandblasting equipment for uniform frosting. Added a clear protective layer to gold-plated lids. Resized seals and adjusted lid molds for a tight fit, testing 50 pcs samples.
