The little dropper bottle appeared simple. However, the limited surface area challenged an important design: complex brand graphics, logo, and labeling saw such a small bottle of blurred, wrong or illegally visible risk on the body. Solution

To cross these challenges, we applied a multi-dimensional approach:

  • To preserve line sharpness and to ensure logo clarity on small areas, high-stricken screen printing with fine Aries techniques.
  • Special adhesive-supported micro-labs are also designed for binding without wrinkles or bubbles, maintaining visibility on curved glass.
  • Making laser engraving, wearing and tears to make a permanent, accurate brand resistant to premium versions.
  • Prototype and recurrence test with customer’s design team to refine color saturation, placement and readability before mass production.
