A bottle that was very thick would be heavy and uncomfortable for daily use, while very thin durability and product can shorten the lifetime. Our engineering team completely examined and identified the main issue:Inconsistent wall thickness and dimensional control during production. Without accurate calibration, the bottles can be either very delicate or unnecessarily heavy. In , we never compromise quality nor mislead customers. To address this, we started procedure adjustment, rigid tests and close collaborations with clients to ensure aligned final solutions with our expectations.

To overcome the challenge, we implemented many targeted measures: Advanced Molding Precision: Adapted mold to control the thickness of the wall within a strict tolerance range.
