Our engineering team completely examined and identified the main issue:Inconsistent wall thickness and dimensional control during production. Without accurate calibration, the bottles can be either very delicate or unnecessarily heavy. In , we never compromise quality nor mislead customers. To address this, we started procedure adjustment, rigid tests and close collaborations with clients to ensure aligned final solutions with our expectations.
