We have been chosen as a glass perfume bottles company by a medium-sized French company that was about to launch a new unisex perfume collection for several top-end high-street and independent perfume boutiques in Europe. To match the brand’s minimalist packaging identity and premium positioning in the competitive fragrance market, the brand had to find a partner that would provide strong OEM production, quality control, and the ability to customize products.
They had noticed colour change in the packaging materials, poor sealing and were not able to provide them the small batch customization that they wanted, which resulted in delays in product launches and affect their retail presentation.

Main Challenges
The client struggled with some important packaging challenges before reaching out to us:
- Different batches of spray may yield different results, impacting the application of fragrance in production.
- Small leakages during the process of air transportation because of the lack of sealing structure.
- Difficulty in customizing bottles in terms of shape and surface finishing, which limits customization opportunities for brands.
- Vulnerable pack during export shipment leading to damage during warehouse handling.
The brand faced obstacles in scaling up production while retaining its premium position in Europe’s retail market.

We are a professional glass perfume bottles company, and we have designed a special package solution based on the sealing performance, aesthetic uniformity and safety of export.
The perfume bottle neck finish precision is optimized in a series of cylindrical and square glass perfume bottles so as to guarantee stable compatibility with spray pumps. To enhance air tight performance and minimize leakage risk in long distance transportation, a food grade sealing gasket was added into the pump body structure.
For the brand identity, we used gradient spray coating and frosted glass finishing to create the soft luxury effect that is appropriate for the positioning of high-end fragrances. Silk-screen printing was used in conjunction with hot stamping for durability during handling and retail display, with logo application.
In order to optimize when loading containers and stacking in the warehouse, the reinforced carton packaging with foam dividers was applied to minimize the impact damage.
Transportation & Leakage Protection
Each bottle system was tested to simulate air pressure changes during international shipping by inverted storage to ensure safe global distribution.
The structure of spray pump is designed with an accurate fitting sealing ring which can minimize the fragrance loss during vibration and long-distance transportation. Each unit also comes with shock absorbing foam compartments to prevent bottles from hitting each other when stacked on a pallet.
The packaging system is particularly appropriate for air freight and sea freight transportation in which temperature changes and pressure changes may have an impact on the stability of the liquid product.
Resultados
The client was able to successfully roll out the new fragrance range into a number of retail channels in Europe after switching to the customized solution.
The enhanced sealing system also contributed to fewer leakage issues during logistics, and the enhanced surface finishing increased visibility on the shelves in boutique stores.
The client ordered a repeat within the first production, and decided to order more bottles in different sizes to accommodate seasonal lines of fragrance products.

The project resulted in a more stable and scalable fragrance packaging system, optimizing the sealing structure, enhancing transport strength, and ensuring visual consistency for long-term international expansion.
