Reducing Leakage Risks

Also, for the purpose of mass production, it is recommended to test the entire packaging system with the intended formulation. We first worked with a French cosmetics company 9 years ago when the customer required custom glass roller bottles for essential oils. In close collaboration with the customer’s team, we created a first range in black, gold and silver.
The initial order was only 200 per color, so that the customer could test the quality of the product and market’s reaction before ordering more. After receiving some positive feedbacks on delivery and service, the partnership grew to a frosted clear glass design, extending the product customers could choose from.
The customer has an annual order requirement of 2 containers of 40HQ. The cooperation and regular supply has gradually developed from small-scale product testing to stable and large-scale procurement.
