Challenges
The design of the customized perfume bottle appeared directly,however, the real challenge is in individual decorative techniques requested by the customer. These included metallic finish, complex engraving and hot stamping for shield spray color. Even a slight deviation in the condition or color density can compromise brand recognition and reduce harmonious luxury feeling.

Cause Analysis
Our technical team conducted an intensive study and identified the main issue: a combination of many decoration methods on the relatively small glass surface presented a high risk of misalignment, uneven coatings and anomalies during scaling from prototype to massive production. We made a commitment to not compromise quality or mislead the customer. To address this, our engineers worked closely with the design team to refine each process and maintained continuous communication with the customer to align all expectations.

Solution
To cross the challenges, we implemented several targeted solutions:
- Accurate alignment equipment:Developed custom jigs and fixtures to ensure frequent position during engraving and warm stamping.
- Controlled spray environment:Gradient introduced automatic spray system with strict air-pressure and temperature control to stabilize finish.
- Leveled quality check:Several inspection posts were added to each stage of decoration to detect discrepancies immediately and correct.
- Client prototiping session:Largely produced small prototype batch for reviewing clients before mass production, reducing the risk of large-scale errors.
Result
The last customized perfume bottle meets the customer’s high expectations for luxury branding. Each piece showed innocent engraving, uniform metal accents, and smooth gradient finish, which increases the visual appeal of perfume. The bottles not only strengthened the unique identity of the brand, but also enhanced the consumer perception of uniqueness.
