Prototypes revealed critical flaws: pump dispensers clogged after 5-6 uses (failing to dispense thick foundation), glass had faint scratches from production (undermining the “premium” look), and foil logos peeled off when bottles were wiped. Root Cause Analysis
Our team identified the problems: pumps clogged due to narrow internal tubes (1.2mm) that couldn’t handle thick formulas; scratches formed because glass wasn’t polished post-molding; logos peeled because the foil adhesive wasn’t heat-cured, so it couldn’t bond to smooth glass.
