A French essential oil company was looking for a reliable dropper bottle company for a new aromatherapy oil collection. Cause Analysis
We analysed the curvature of bottles, the cleanliness of their surface, the size of the labels and the performance of the glue. The defects were determined to be caused by the curved shoulder, inconsistent application positioning and inappropriate adhesive.
Solution
As their dropper bottle company, Vesseluxe refined the label panel, standardized application positioning, and recommended an adhesive suited to the glass surface. We also added adhesion and alignment checks before packing.
