A French essential oil company was looking for a reliable dropper bottle company for a new aromatherapy oil collection. They selected Vesseluxe due to custom packaging, decoration possibilities and quality control. The order consisted of 30 amber droppflaskor with rounded shoulders, black pipette caps, a smooth label panel and minimal printed labels.

Orsaksanalys
We analysed the curvature of bottles, the cleanliness of their surface, the size of the labels and the performance of the glue. The defects were determined to be caused by the curved shoulder, inconsistent application positioning and inappropriate adhesive.
Lösning
As their dropper bottle company, Vesseluxe refined the label panel, standardized application positioning, and recommended an adhesive suited to the glass surface. We also added adhesion and alignment checks before packing.
Resultat
The customized dropper bottles achieved cleaner labels, more consistent branding, and better adhesion. Vesseluxe became the French brand’s trusted dropper bottle company for repeat orders.
